  • STRETCH

    A lovely, full body stretch working our way through our bodies starting with the neck and shoulders and then onto our hips, hamstrings, hip flexors and glutes. A great class to do after a HIIT workout or at some point throughout the day to help increase your flexibility.

  • CARDIO FLOW

    This class is going to get your heartrate up! A full body flow with lots of planks, tuck planks, and planks to jumping squats.

  • DYNAMIC PILATES WITH A SMALL BALL

    A full body Pilates class with a small ball. We’ll work our way through some spine extension, glutes and of course core!

  • ESSENTIAL PILATES

    In this workout we work through some of the STOTT Pilates basic principles and essential repertoire. This class is great for beginners or anyone that is looking to go back to the basics of Pilates.

  • GLUTE ACTIVATION

    We spend so much of our lives sitting down so it’s really important to focus on opening up our hips and get our glutes working properly. Glute activation is key to waking up those glutes and will help strengthen our glute med and max and also improve our hip stability.

  • HIIT CARDIO

    A non-stop 20 minute high intensity cardio workout to get you sweaty in a short amount of time!

  • CORE BLAST

    This is a great class to really fire up your abdominals and make them work hard! The unique movements will challenge and strengthen your core from every angle.

  • UPPER BODY & CORE WITH RESISTANCE BAND

    This workout will work your upper body and core using the extra resistance of a resistance band. A resistance band is a fantastic piece of equipment to have at home as it’s cheap, light and really makes you feel the burn!

  • LOWER BODY STRETCH

    A great post-workout stretch to encourage greater flexibility and range of motion and release muscle tension. This class is focussing mainly on the lower body.
