    This is a full body dynamic pilates class. Get ready to feel the burn with lots of core and upper back work to help improve posture and glute med activation to help improve hip stability.

    This is a full body, dynamic, yoga-inspired Pilates flow that will get your heart rate up and leave you feeling strong and full of endorphins!

  • DYNAMIC PILATES WITH PILATES RING

    This is a full-body dynamic Pilates class. For some of the exercises I have used a Pilates ring which is the perfect way to add extra resistance. But, if you don’t have a ring, don’t worry at all as I’ve suggested some alternatives!

  • FIND YOUR BALANCE

    Fine tune your balance and stability with this full body workout. We’ll begin with some core exercise progressions to help identify any weaknesses before moving on to single leg balance exercises to improve stability and proprioception.

  • PILATES WITH A SMALL BALL

    This is a core and glutes focussed Pilates class using a small ball to add intensity and variation. If you don’t have a ball don’t worry, I will provide suggestions of other objects you can use at the start of the video. Enjoy the burn!

  • SLOW & STEADY

    Remember, faster is not always better! This is a slower paced class where we’ll be strengthening, mobilising and stretching our way through the whole body.

  • DYNAMIC PILATES

    Here’s a full-body, dynamic Pilates workout that will leave you feeling on top of the world! Expect lots of core, glutes and leg work

  • PILATES WITH A CHAIR/BENCH

    A tough workout using a chair or a bench. We mainly focus on the lower body but there are also a few push ups and tricep dips to work those arms!

  • PILATES WITH FITNESS CIRCLE

    This workout focusses lots on the glutes and inner thighs with the fitness circle there to give it that little bit of extra intensity! The class finishes with a good core blast.

  • STANDING PILATES

    Challenge your balance, your core and your legs with this standing workout. The great thing about doing exercise standing up is that it prepares you nicely for your normal daily activities such as walking, ascending/descending stairs and sitting down.

  • STRENGTH & STRETCH

    Lots of lunges! This class focuses on strengthening and stretching each leg individually to really help fire up your stabilising muscles and help even out any imbalances.

  • PILATES WITH BLOCKS

    Grab some yoga blocks (or hardback books!) and get ready to feel the burn! Lots of core and lower body burn.

  • DYNAMIC PILATES WITH A SMALL BALL

    A full body Pilates class with a small ball. We’ll work our way through some spine extension, glutes and of course core!

  • ESSENTIAL PILATES

    In this workout we work through some of the STOTT Pilates basic principles and essential repertoire. This class is great for beginners or anyone that is looking to go back to the basics of Pilates.

  • YOGA FLOW

    A strong, dynamic yoga flow inspired by all my favourite yoga moves to get your heart rate up and leave you feeling bright and energised.
