  • HIIT

    A very sweaty HITT session made up of 3 sets. Each set incorporates 3 different exercises over two rounds. Expect lots of burpees, push ups, jumping squats and of course lunges!!

  • HIIT

    This is a full body, high intensity interval training class. To make it even tougher, the rest periods are static holds so this is a test of mental strength as well as physical!

  • CARDIO PILATES

    A dynamic, fast-paced, full-body Pilates workout that will get your heart rate up and make you feel the burn. If you prefer not to do the cardio, there are modifications offered throughout the class.

  • PILATES-INSPIRED HIIT WORKOUT

    A sweaty Pilates-inspired HIIT workout that will get your heart rate pumping, lungs busting and will leave you feeling full of endorphins!!

  • HIIT WITH WEIGHTS

    A challenging, full body workout with dumbbells. This will get your heart rate up and get you nice and sweaty! We start with a warm up, then 2 sets of 6 exercises, then we cool down.

  • PILATES INSPIRED HIIT WORKOUT

    A high intensity workout with 4 sets. Each set has 3 exercises which we’ll do twice each. We’re going to get sweaty, work our entire body and feel our core burn!

  • HIIT CARDIO

    A non-stop 20 minute high intensity cardio workout to get you sweaty in a short amount of time!

  • CARDIO FLOW

    This class is going to get your heartrate up! A full body flow with lots of planks, tuck planks, and planks to jumping squats.

  • LOWER BODY STRENGTH WITH WEIGHTS

    This workout focuses on strengthening the lower body with a punchy Tabata at the end to get your heart rate up! Bring dumbbells if you have them…and a chair!

  • FULL BODY HIIT

    This is an intense, fast class with little rest! We start with a dynamic warm up, followed by sets of 2 exercises repeated twice with a small break in between. It is tough, it will get your heart rate up and get you sweaty but it will get you stronger, fitter and make you feel amazing afterwards!
