This is an intense, fast class with little rest! We start with a dynamic warm up, followed by sets of 2 exercises repeated twice with a small break in between. It is tough, it will get your heart rate up and get you sweaty but it will get you stronger, fitter and make you feel amazing afterwards!
A very challenging, high intensity workout that will make you work hard! Proof that you only need short periods of time to get a good workout in! Make sure you do a little warm up before as we get going straight away.
This class is a fun and challenging class that will work your whole body. Every exercise will see us do 20 repetitions. We start with lower body exercises, then upper body and finish with core – 20 reps of each.
