  • PILATES WITH A SMALL BALL

    This is a core and glutes focussed Pilates class using a small ball to add intensity and variation. If you don’t have a ball don’t worry, I will provide suggestions of other objects you can use at the start of the video. Enjoy the burn!

    As a lot of us sit on our bottoms most of the day, they tend to get lazy! This class is going to really fire them up; we’ll be activating your glutes and working them hard in order to build strength.     Remember, faster is not always better! This is a slower paced class where we’ll be strengthening, mobilising and stretching our way through the whole body.

  • HIIT WITH WEIGHTS

    A challenging, full body workout with dumbbells. This will get your heart rate up and get you nice and sweaty! We start with a warm up, then 2 sets of 6 exercises, then we cool down.

  • OBLIQUES

    A strong class strengthening your internal and external obliques with lots of side line work and side planks!
