    This is a slow class to help you build endurance and train your lower body muscles. Expect lots of holds and get ready to feel the burn!

  • DYNAMIC PILATES

    This is a full body dynamic pilates class. Get ready to feel the burn with lots of core and upper back work to help improve posture and glute med activation to help improve hip stability.

  • PILATES FLOW

    This is a full body, dynamic, yoga-inspired Pilates flow that will get your heart rate up and leave you feeling strong and full of endorphins!

  • CARDIO PILATES

    A dynamic, fast-paced, full-body Pilates workout that will get your heart rate up and make you feel the burn. If you prefer not to do the cardio, there are modifications offered throughout the class.
