    If this is your first time trying my Prenatal Pilates videos then please watch this intro video!

  • 1ST TRIMESTER

    This is a short, full body Pilates class that you can do in your first trimester. On top of this, you can actually do the majority of the Pilates classes on my website but please read my Prenatal information leaflet before doing so

  • 2nd TRIMESTER 1ST VIDEO

    A slower paced Pilates class with lots of attention to breath, pelvic floor and TVA engagement.

  • 2nd TRIMESTER 2ND VIDEO

    A full body prenatal Pilates class working on our upper back, shoulders, core and glutes, with a focus on helping with the inevitable postural changes.

  • 3RD TRIMESTER

    A slower paced Pilates class with some exercises suitable to do in your third trimester. This class has slower transitions, some four point kneeling to help release tension and side-lying exercises which are a more comfortable way to strengthen glutes.
