    This workout focusses lots on the glutes and inner thighs with the fitness circle there to give it that little bit of extra intensity! The class finishes with a good core blast.

    Challenge your balance, your core and your legs with this standing workout. The great thing about doing exercise standing up is that it prepares you nicely for your normal daily activities such as walking, ascending/descending stairs and sitting down.

  • PILATES CORE

    This class will deepen your understanding of the different layers of our core muscles. It will help activate your TVA and strengthen your abdominals. Understanding core muscles is important so that you can be more aware of core activation when carrying out your daily activities
