SEPTEMBER CHALLENGE

A daily exercise commitment may feel daunting but in just 10-15 mins each day (I recommend doing it first thing in the morning to activate your muscles), you will soon feel the benefits of a strong, pain-free body. By the end you should feel that daily habit really embedded in your lifestyle and feel motivated to carry on with your regular on-demand videos. Ideally you would have light hand weights, a small Pilates ball and resistance bands, but there are modifications if you don't.
