    This is a slow-paced stretch class working mainly through your lower body. A great class to do if you’re having a slow day! Or great to do post-workout.

    This is a HIIT cardio workout to get your heart rate up and get you lovely and sweaty!! It’s a challenging session but you can modify a lot of the exercises if you want to turn down the heat a bit.

  • FULL BODY BURN

    This is a full body Pilates workout that will make you feel the burn! You’ll finish feeling empowered and ready to crush the rest of your day.

  • FULL BODY DYNAMIC PILATES WITH 2KG WEIGHTS

    A full body, dynamic Pilates class with particular focus on the upper body using 2kg weights (or 2 tins of tomatoes)!
