    This is an intense class that has a strong emphasis on arms, shoulders and obliques. It is a dynamic class where we work continuously so get ready to get your heart rate up and feel the burn!

  • TONED ARMS & SHOULDERS

    A 15 minute class focussing on strengthening the arms and shoulders using light hand weights. Every single muscle in your shoulders will be wide awake once we’re done!

  • SHOULDER & WRIST MOBILITY

    This 10-minute shoulder & wrist warm-up will loosen your joints & ensure your workouts are strong, safe, & effective.

  • IMPROVE YOUR POSTURE

  • DYNAMIC PILATES- UPPER BODY FOCUS

    A strong, dynamic class with particular attention paid to the arms, shoulders and back.

  • UPPER BODY WITH WEIGHTS

    This class is focussing on building your upper body strength. I’m using two 5kg weights to increase the load and intensity but you will still get a great workout if you choose not to use weights. Doing this class twice a week and you will notice a huge difference in your upper body strength.

  • 10 MIN UPPER BODY HOLD

    10 minutes of holding different poses that focus on our upper body. Holding a pose for a longer period of time helps build strength and stamina. It also gives you time to adjust your alignment.   • UPPER BODY & CORE WITH RESISTANCE BAND

    This workout will work your upper body and core using the extra resistance of a resistance band. A resistance band is a fantastic piece of equipment to have at home as it’s cheap, light and really makes you feel the burn!

  • TONED ARMS

    This is a great workout to strengthen and tone mainly your arms but also your shoulders and core. It’ll be challenging but suitable for all abilities with lots of modification options.

  • UPPER BODY STRENGTH

    Grab some dumbells (these are of course optional, you can do the workout with no weights too) and join me for a challenging workout to strengthen and tone your upper body.

  • PILATES YOGA FLOW - CORE & UPPER BODY

    This is a yoga-inspired Pilates class with main focus on the upper body and core. We will concentrate on core stability, arms and shoulder strength.

  • FULL BODY DYNAMIC PILATES WITH 2KG WEIGHTS

    A full body, dynamic Pilates class with particular focus on the upper body using 2kg weights (or 2 tins of tomatoes)!
